Cancellation & Refund Policy

Email Readings, and Phone or Skype Consultations: A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a full refund via PayPal for Phone or Skype consultations. Cancellation notices of less than 48 hours will be subject to no refund. Email Readings do not qualify for a refund once the work has commenced. No refunds offered after fulfilled completed events. Purchases made from the online Store, may only be cancelled before shipment of the order, so please send an email cancellation request at your earliest convenience to jules@julescrowther.com, or by the Contact page via this link. If your order has dispatched, and you still wish to cancel, then you must return the item for a full refund and meet the requirements as stated in the Returns Policy section below. Commissioned artworks require an upfront 50% deposit, payable via PayPal, Bank Transfers or Cash, and is non-refundable if cancelled once production work has commenced. I reserve the right to refuse bookings and commissions at all times. 

Returns Policy

Returns accepted only if products are received back in unopened, unused, unbroken condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt. Proof of return postage is required. Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned goods only if they meet the stated returns policy terms and conditions. Proof is required of damaged items received, which must be evidenced by photographs and sent via email in jpeg or png file format to jules@julescrowther.com, and you can Upload Your Images via the Contact page, in order to process postal insurance claims, replacement items and refunds. Shipping delays or lost items are eligible for a refund, usually beyond 14 days after shipping date. Shipping costs do not qualify for refunds. I reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the terms and conditions as stated.

Sourcing the most ethical products and tools for use within my practices and as a retailer, is of continuing importance to me. Data & Privacy Protection

All personal and private client information is stored safely and securely in accordance with GDPR compliance and HMRC guidelines. I will not disclose any personal information without first obtaining written consent, with the exception of safeguarding issues. I reserve the right to pass on safeguarding concerns to relevant organisations and services. I will not sell personal and private client data. You can request access to your stored personal data if relevant, and request that your data is removed from all systems. My communications with clients will take place via email, phone, Skype and social media messaging apps for the purpose of consultation bookings, sales orders, commissions, and general enquiries. 

Postage & Packaging

Please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout, particularly for high value and fragile items. In the unfortunate event of damaged items, please send photographic evidence of the damage in jpeg/png format by email to jules@julescrowther.com or by uploading the image via the contact form, click HERE. See policy for cancellations and refunds above. Currently, Royal Mail and Parcelforce are my chosen shipping providers and I may add further courier services in the future. In the event of Royal Mail and Parceforce industrial action, I will source alternative courier shipping methods. Tracking is provided on most but not all shipping services. Proof of postage is provided on all shipped items. I endeavour to purchase eco and recycled packaging materials, and where possible, I reuse packaging materials for order shipment in an attempt to reduce waste.
