All Crystals in this kit work together with the Crystal Keeper (you) for Rest. Rest is necessary for wellness, which can be physical, mental & emotional. Meditation is a form of rest. When properly rested, the mind, body & spirit is unified & balanced.
How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I am well rested in mind, body and spirit. Self-care is my priority and it is safe for me to let go. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag and pillow pouch provided.
